Mission Statement
The Kirbyville R -VI School Foundation seeks to provide support to Kirbyville Schools for the enrichment of rural education opportunities by fund raising and charitable giving by the community, friends, alumni, businesses and organizations.

Partnerships
The Kirbyville R-VI School Foundation is a partner with the Community Foundation of the Ozarks a 501 (C) (3). As such, the CFO will provide investment management, administrative and technical support, ongoing consulting, legal counsel, matching and leverage opportunities and many other services that would be prohibitive to fund on our own. We are grateful for their support.
Programs
Endowment Fund: Monies allocated to the endowment fund will be invested and held in perpetuity with a percentage of interest earned paid annually, and used to support Kirbyville-VI School District.
Program Specific Funds (Organizational Capacity Building Fund): You can specify the area in which you would prefer your donation to be used. Some examples:
Technology – Our computers, equipment, servers, software, etc. need to be updated often. This is always a challenge, and a variety of sources for funding are sought.
Music/Choir/Drama – Needed props, costumes, lighting, instruments, etc. on an on-going basis.
Science & Math – Continuing need to update equipment and materials.
Library Media – Always a need for updated materials.
Athletics – Regular replacement of uniforms and equipment for all sports as well as our physical education program.
Continuing Education – Provides assistance to Kirbyville R-VI students and staff seeking to improve themselves by attending seminars and special programs.
Giving Opportunities
Celebration Gifts: Celebrate someone special, such as a teacher, principal, PTO president or student by honoring him or her by making a donation. Donations may also be made for special birthdays, anniversaries, or graduations. Upon receipt of the donation, a letter will be sent to the celebrated individual notifying him or her of your generosity. The amount of the gift is not disclosed.
Memorial Gifts: Honor the life of a friend, relative, or teacher by giving in his or her name to the Foundation. A letter will be sent to the family notifying them of your special tribute. The amount of the gift will remain confidential.

Without your help, fulfilling our mission is impossible. Your donation to our endowment fund will provide supplementary support to Kirbyville R-VI Schools for years to come.
