We are checking to see how many students will need sports physicals for next year. This can be for any sport, cheerleading, or band. If there’s enough interest, we will have the Jordan Valley mobile unit out to the Middle School to make it more convenient for those who are needing to get a new one. 

7th Graders for next year will also be required to receive 8th grade immunizations before beginning their 8th grade year. We can also provide those immunizations on the mobile unit the same day, if anyone is interested. The 2 immunizations required are:

• Must have (1) dose of Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine (MCV)

• Must have (1) dose of Tdap Booster
